As a former Royal Marine Commando, I've spent decades understanding how the body performs under stress and how nutrition plays a pivotal role in physical and mental resilience.

After serving in the elite forces, I discovered that many people over 40 face similar battles with their health and nutrition as those in high-stress military environments – just in different ways.

The detox isn’t the easiest thing in the world but it’s definitely worth it! I did it to deal feeling constantly tired and already the fogginess has lifted and I’m feeling really good.
